Mostly interviewer will see you and decide whether to select you or not, according to that interviewer will ask you questions. Although your knowledge is the topmost priority, your first impression also plays some role in the selection process.

1. You are serious about this interview.

2. You are obedient and will follow the rules or instructions in the future in the company

What is the formal dress for men?

Formal dress for men includes shirts with a collar, trousers (not jeans), and leather shoes (no sandals or sports shoes). Your trouser should be dark in color and the shirt should be a light color. Your belt and shoes should match.
